The tuneup i posted on the previous page is with spring/fall E85 and probably has a higher ratio of gasoline in it. Below is my new summer blend E85 tuneup. Changes are in bold.

AED Holley 850 based carb with Proform base plate and AED billet metering blocks.

PMJ – 86
SMJ – 97

Power Valve – 10.5" (pulls 8" at 950 rpm idle)
PVCR -- .082"
IFR .046"
IAB -- .054 PRI .054" SEC
HSB -- .025

Booster -- .180
anti-siphon -- plugged
eholes -- Blank (top), .028 (2nd), Blank (3rd), .028" (bottom)
Accel pumps are both 50cc
pump cams -- brown (front position #2, rear position #1)
squirters -- .045" (hollow screw)

Holley 830 NASCAR SPEC
It had annular boosters that I had changed to QuickFuel Technologies boosters and metering blocks.

PMJ – 94
SMJ – 99
Power Valve – 6.5
PVCR -- ?
IFR-?
IAB - 73
HSB -- 25
Booster -- .180
anti-siphon -- plugged
eholes -- Blank (top), .028 (2nd), Blank (3rd), .028" (bottom)
Accel pumps are both 50cc
pump cams -- yellow
squirters -- .037" (hollow screw)

Thanks for the update. Is that the"750" BG carb? For completeness, what is the venturi and baseplate/throttle blade dias?

hi, can i convert my gas 775 rs for e85
engine specs
355ci 270@.050 .600 lift solid 2speed 4.1rear 26x10
10.7@127mph / 2900lb with 100 octane 10% ethanol

my BG specs: carb is basically std out of the box i think

SMJ – 90
Power Valve – 6.5
PVCR -- .059
IFR .036
IAB -- .070
HSB -- .039
Booster -- .170
anti-siphon -- .028
eholes -- .031,Blank,.031, Blank, .031
Accel pumps are both 30cc
pump cams -- pink
squirters -- .031 (hollow screw)
red sleeves

Booster -- .170 (your stock one is .160, BG never did a .170)
anti-siphon -- .028
eholes -- .028,Blank, Blank,.028, Blank
Accel pumps are both 30cc
pump cams -- pink
squirters -- .037 (hollow screw)
red sleeves



that should be good for 84-87% mix........ Laughing

Help, i'm a newbe. I would like to find out where i might find a list of the carb acronyms in this forum as i do not think my carb i want to covert to e 85 has all of these parts . thank you loder

SMJ – secondary main jet
PVCR -- power valve channel restriction
IFR . idle feed restriction
IAB -- .idle air bleed
HSB -- .high speed air bleed
